How do I place an
order with Scandinavian Atmosphere? If this is your first time,
register (see Why Should I Register?) or log on with your username and password.
Choose the category and the items that interest you. Press “Purchase” At any
time, you can click on the basket to see or change its contents. When you have
finished shopping, go to the checkout. Verify your order, you can still change
it. Select your delivery address (yours or that of a third party) and your
method of payment, and click on “continue.” Next, confirm your order. You will
then receive a receipt with your order and an order number.

How can I find out
the status of my shipment? When the shipment leaves Scandinavian
Atmosphere, you will receive an email with your shipment information. There you
will find the package number with which you can verify its status at www.laposte.ch.
Can I have several
addresses in my address folder? You can have up to five addresses in
your address folder.
Can I have a package
sent to an address other than mine or can I have it delivered to an address
other than my billing address? Yes, upon payment at checkout, you will
indicate the address in "Delivery Information." Delivery to a third party is
only possible with payment by credit card.
How can I change the
information that I have on file? Log in to your account and choose
“verify or change my address on file.” You can also change the information at
checkout.
What is the livery
time? The time is usually 2 - 4 days in Switzerland but may depend on
the item. If the item is not in stock, we will inform you by email of the new
date. Outside Switzerland the delivery time depends on the country. Please see
the delivery times in our Conditions of Sale.
What are the
delivery charges? In Switzerland, the delivery charges are currently 10
CHF per package. These charges are waived for purchases over 250 CHF (applicable
only in Switzerland). Europe 1 - the delivery charges are currently 40 CHF
per package. Europe 2 - the delivery charges are currently 47 CHF per
package. For other countries and for especially heavy packages, please contact

Which countries will
Scandinavian Atmosphere deliver to? We deliver to most countries.
Shipping charges, VAT, and, if applicable, customs fees will be at your expense.
What should I do if
my package is damaged when I receive it? If the package was damaged
during transport, you must contact the Postal Service immediately.
What should I do if
I wish to return my items? If the item is damaged or broken, and this
was not caused during shipping, you may return it to Scandinavian Atmosphere.
Contact us for instructions at info@scandinavianatmosphere.com before returning
the package; we will send you a return postal label. Within 5 days from receipt,
send back the item complete and intact in its original package with an
indication of the error or the problem. Afterwards we will send you an exchanged
item or we will refund you. If you use the satisfaction guarantee, you will pay
the shipping yourself for its return back to Scandinavian Atmosphere.
What does
Scandinavian Atmosphere do with my personal information? The
information entered on the Scandinavian Atmosphere site is treated with the
greatest confidentiality. We use your information solely to handle the order and
its delivery. Scandinavian Atmosphere is a partner with Telekurs Multipay and we
have a digital certificate issued by VeriSign which guarantees our security. We
do not share personal data regarding our customers with third parties. At any
time, you can modify your information with your username and password.
What is the
satisfaction guarantee? The guarantee allows you to return an item
within 10 days from receipt if you are not happy with your purchase. You will be
refunded for the price of the item, but the shipping charges will not be
refunded.
Is there a gift
service? If you wish to send a gift package delivered to a third
person’s address, simply indicate it on the order form.
