Why should I have a customer account?

With a customer account, you benefit from many advantages: You save time when making purchases thanks to your stored information; you can track orders and receive the best offers at the time, and all with full security. The information remains in your file at Scandinavian Atmosphere and is never shared with a third party.

 

Where do I create my account?

You can create your account as soon as you arrive at our site. Follow the instructions. You can also register upon checkout when making your first purchase. Enter your email address and select a password. If you do not receive confirmation of account setup within one hour, please contact us at info@scandinavianatmosphere.com.

 

How do I make a purchase? 

Choose the category and the items that interest you. Enter, for example, the number, color, size, etc. Press “Purchase” Your purchases are now in the shopping basket, to the upper right.

 

In the basket you can now see the items purchased and their prices.  At any time, you can click on the basket to see or change its contents. To remove an item, check the “remove” box, then “update.”  Afterwards, you can return to the checkout or continue with purchases.

 

When you have finished shopping, go to the checkout. Verify your order, you can still change it. (If you are not already logged in, do it now.)

 

Select your delivery address (yours or that of a third party), method of payment, and click on “continue.” Next, confirm your order. You will then receive a receipt with your order and an order number. You have completed your purchase. Next you will receive a confirmation email.  

 

If you wish to send a gift package delivered to a third person’s address, simply indicate it in the order.
